As part of our service team, you would provide top notch service by handling policy support to our existing clients. Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls * Make outbound calls * Daily prospecting for new business * Data Entry * Appointment setting * Respond to Emails and Texts * Answering questions and resolving issues * Reach out to existing clients to ensure their coverage is going well Qualifications: * 1 to 2 years office or customer service experience with a great phone voice and conversational skills * Stable job history * Ability to stay cheerful and friendly during long hours on the phone daily * Clear criminal background and credit history * Open to getting an insurance licensing in the future (paid by company) * Open to being mentored by one of the top sales producers in the industry * Able to type, navigate internet and use email efficiently Previous experience as a sales representative, customer service representative, sales administrative assistant, sales coordinator, insurance agent, insurance broker or as an inbound or outbound phone representative is a plus.
