We are looking for YOU! As a part of our sales team, you will: * Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily Things you have: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Ability to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Valid Driver's License and comfortable on a residential roof If you are tired of being stuck in a cubicle with NO CONTROL over your future, we need to talk ASAP.
