The Production Specialist will provide comprehensive product information to our customers post the sales process to ensure that each customer understand the vehicles operating features. They will advise the customer on the features and functionality of the vehicle and upsell accessories. Responsibilities * Schedule all post sales visits for the encore delivery * Greet and assist customer in a friendly and professional manner for their encore visit and first maintenance * Understand and effectively communicate the features and technology of the vehicle * Conduct vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and answering customer questions * Stay up to date on the latest product knowledge * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications * Strong interest in knowledge of the automotive industry * Excellent communication skills * Ability to build rapport with customers * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * A valid Driver's License and clean driving record Interested in being an Encore Specialist?
