Responsibilities: - Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up with potential customers. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Negotiate and prepare sales contracts and agreements to secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships. - Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and profit margins. - Conduct outside sales activities, such as attending trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. - Drive sales growth by promoting products through various channels and implementing effective sales strategies."social media" - Operate POS and process transactions accurately. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
