Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Leasing Consultant will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates and fostering positive relationships with residents. Duties * Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. * Assist in the completion of lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Engage in upselling strategies to promote additional services or amenities. * Manage conflicts effectively, addressing resident concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and lease agreements. * Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling inquiries from potential tenants and current residents. * Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction. * Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Qualifications * Previous experience in leasing. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close leases effectively. * Excellent conflict management abilities, demonstrating patience and professionalism in challenging situations. * Proficient in legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and property laws. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing resident and prospect experiences.
