Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The Leasing Consultant will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates and fostering positive relationships with residents.

Duties

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Assist in the completion of lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Engage in upselling strategies to promote additional services or amenities.
• Manage conflicts effectively, addressing resident concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and lease agreements.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling inquiries from potential tenants and current residents.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and high tenant satisfaction.
• Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close leases effectively.
• Excellent conflict management abilities, demonstrating patience and professionalism in challenging situations.
• Proficient in legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and property laws.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
