In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, providing expert advice, and ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their needs. Duties * Cross-sell current extensive book of business. * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurance providers to secure the best deals for clients. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. * Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processing as needed. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to analyze information and make informed recommendations. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clients. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is advantageous. * Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients effectively. * A valid insurance broker license may be required based on state regulations.
