About the Role

NPS Management is searching for a qualified On-Site Resident Manager for a 17-unit apartment building.

Responsibilities

of an on-site property manager include routinely inspecting and cleaning property grounds, answering emergencies, showing vacant units to prospective tenants, conducting move- in/out inspections and monthly exterior inspections, posting notices provided by management office, and other tasks as necessary and directed by management office. On-Site Resident Manager will be provided a studio apartment for use as a condition of employment.
