You're not here to take orders -- you're here to hunt. You'll prospect, pitch, and close commercial maintenance agreements that lock in long-term clients and keep their systems running. You'll own the relationship. You'll own the numbers. You'll own your success. What You 'll Do: * Prospect and close new maintenance clients in the Greater Philadelphia area * Expand and upsell existing customer agreements * Conduct site walks, assess system needs, and build tailored proposals * Serve as the point person between client and technical team * Represent CKV with confidence at industry events and job sites * Track your metrics. Crush your quota. Keep growing. What You 'll Bring: * Bachelor's in business, construction management, engineering, or similar preferred * Proven B2B sales experience -- ideally in HVAC, mechanical service, or construction * Working knowledge of mechanical systems and service agreements * Clean driver's license and full field mobility * Real confidence, discipline, and obsession with follow-through * Bonus: HVAC certifications or field experience Physical Demands: * Frequent travel to job sites, client offices, and trade events * Regular use of digital tools, CRMs, and mobile tech * Occasional lifting (up to 60 lbs) and time on your feet Working Conditions: * Indoors and outdoors -- from rooftops to boiler rooms * Tight crawlspaces and heights are part of the job * Weather doesn't cancel the day -- we go where the work is Write Your Own Paycheck If you want a steady salary and someone else to tell you what to do, this isn't your role.
