Job Summary

Automotive Mechanic Elite Auto Service is currently seeking a experienced full-time Mechanic to join our team. This position has a GUARANTEED SALARY AND NO WEEKENDS. This position has hours from 9am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday and will not require you to deal with the public. Qualified applicants only are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues with automotive electrical systems, mechanical components, and other systems.
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and auto body repair.
• Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's condition, repair needs, and maintenance recommendations.
• Uphold safety standards while working in the shop environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service and repair with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics.
• Proficiency in working with automotive electrical systems and mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with tire service procedures and alignment techniques.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
