Now Hiring: Experienced Leasing, Management & Maintenance Professionals Join a Growing, Reputable Team in the OKC & Edmond Area

Company Overview

: We are an upscale management company with a strong portfolio near Downtown Oklahoma City and Edmond, currently expanding with two new properties and additions to our downtown collection. We're seeking full teams for these exciting new locations--experienced, skilled professionals who thrive in a team-driven environment. We are not hiring entry-level staff. We're looking for dependable, experienced individuals with a proven track record of self-sufficiency, strong work ethic, and a polished, professional demeanor. Open Positions:

• Leasing Specialists
• Property Management Staff
• Maintenance Technicians Location: Near Downtown OKC or Edmond Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days a Week
• Office Staff: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Maintenance: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Some Saturday hours required (10 AM - 4 PM), depending on the role
• Closed Sundays
• Special schedules during lease-up phases Ideal Candidates Will Have: Previous experience in leasing, property management, or maintenance Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Professional appearance with a friendly, approachable personality Proficiency in leasing software and basic computer skills Light marketing or event coordination experience a plus Strong grammar and writing abilities Ability to interact with owners, tenants, vendors, and fellow staff Maintenance staff must be willing to rotate after-hours on-call duty every ~6 weeks Valid Driver's License Required. No felony background of any kind. All employees must have a reliable daily vehicle as we complete maintenance and leasing to other nearby sites. Our company is open to using translation communication applications.

Key Responsibilities

Vary by Role:

• Leasing apartments with a concierge-style approach
• Handling inquiries, follow-ups, and resident relations
• Supporting lease-up initiatives and light event coordination
• Coordinating with vendors and maintenance teams
• Addressing tenant concerns and ensuring high-quality service
• Maintenance staff will handle general property upkeep, repairs, and grounds and professional communications with upper management, vendors and tenants.
