Leasing Agent Job Description DGE Investments is an owner managed property management company looking for Leasing Agent to help run a 312-unit apartment community located in Odessa, TX. Leasing Agents must be energetic, dependable individuals that are excited for a new opportunity. Leasing Agents are responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. Responsibilities: * Ensure the model apartments are ready for show and maintaining work areas, common areas and office in a clean and orderly manner * Complete lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit * Market the property effectively by answering questions, conducting tours, and promoting community amenities * Have a thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies * Maintain all resident and property files * Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times Qualifications: * Property leasing, sales and/or customer experience * Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives * Excellent follow up skills via email and phone * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel * Valid Driver's License Benefits : * Medical, Dental, Vision, and other Insurance Offers are available * 401(k) with company match options * Paid Time Off * Seven Paid Holidays per year * Employee Discounts Schedule : * Monday to Friday: 8:30 - 5:30 with half a chosen day off, Saturday: 10 - 2 Job Type: Full-time Pay : $18.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience and housing needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
