Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of real estate administrative tasks, property maintenance, and leasing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
• Utilize rental manager software for tracking applications, tenant information, and property management tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and ensure all terms are clearly communicated to tenants.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about available properties and responding to tenant questions.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Maintain organized office files related to leasing activities, tenant applications, and property documentation.
• Supporting office operations and working collaboratively with the property management team Experience
• Previous experience in property leasing or real estate administration is preferred.
• Strong office skills including file management and organization are essential.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of property maintenance processes is beneficial for addressing tenant needs efficiently.
