Job Title: Multi-Unit, Private Estate Property Manager Location: Naples, Florida Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Estate Property Manager to oversee multiple luxury residences in Naples, Florida. This role requires a dedicated individual who excels in high-touch customer service, property care, and seamless daily operations while acting as the trusted right hand to the estate owners. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain the impeccable condition of all properties, ensuring homes are beautifully kept, fully operational, and ready for the owners and guests always. * Provide personalized service, anticipating needs and ensuring a discreet, efficient, and welcoming environment. * Act as the primary point of contact for the estate owners, handling requests with precision, responsiveness, and professionalism. * Oversee household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and smooth daily operations. * Conduct routine property inspections, addressing maintenance needs before they become issues. * Manage scheduling for household services, deliveries, and special events, ensuring seamless coordination. * Ensure security, discretion, and privacy always, fostering a safe and well-managed living environment. * Proactively problem-solve and address any challenges while upholding the highest standards of estate management.
