• Lead Designer & Project Coordinator
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residential design projects.
• Leads the design process & supports other sales teams by providing design expertise and creative solutions.
• Plan Creation & Design
• Collaborate with customers to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Product Selection
• Guide customers through the selection process of building materials and finishes, leveraging in-depth product knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new product offerings & industry trends, providing customers with innovative and informed product recommendations.
• Your Project Leads
• Manage and maintain your sales leads utilizing the sales core process.
