We are the company that you have been looking for! As a Sales Representative for Critter Cowboys, you will be the first responder to customers faced with problematic wildlife invasions in their home. With our wildlife behavior training, you will be able to gain confidence with customers during an initial assessment of the issue and schedule a face-to-face appointment to evaluate the most effective full-service solution. You will be a champion for your customers by helping them realize the importance of not only fixing the problem but preventing it long term. Responsibilities: Call intake from potential customers to identify if our full-service solution would be the right fit for them Identify opportunities to maximize market penetration by leveraging our prevention and warranty services In house inspection of qualified customers to determine full scope of services needed, including accessing presence of wildlife, damage and entry points Obtaining measurements, materials and labor needed to prepare estimates for removal, repairs and prevention Deliver estimates and gain buy in from customers to not only address the current issue, but to ensure that they are protected for the future Follow through on sales cycle to close Requirements: 3 years or more of outside sales experience, including lead generation in the construction, home improvement/services or similar industries Ability to lead with a consultative sales approach that is compassionate and confident Ability to move customer mindset from a short-term transactional solution to a long-term investment in their property Strong relationship building skills in business to consumer sales Demonstrated success in closing skills Ability to take accurate measurements to ensure estimates positively impact the company's bottom line Physical ability to climb a ladder Clean driving record Benefits Company truck Gas card Paid holidays Industry specific training Opportunity for advancement No overnight travel Pay Salary range: 75k-125K with potential for more leveraging sales and commission structure Job Type: Full-time Pay: $66,780.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: * Cumming, GA 30041: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
