Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, data entry and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries effectively. Responsibilities * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer experience. * Assist customers with order inquiries and troubleshooting issues. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our office management system. * Demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette and follow-up. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. * Provide administrative support and data entry as needed. Experience * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, via email and telephone. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers from diverse backgrounds. * Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Suites (Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, Word, etc.) * A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. * Experienced in data entry Join us in delivering outstanding service and making a difference for our internal and external customers! Qualifications * Proficient in English, reading, writing and speaking required.
