Full description of the position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our hotel's sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in hospitality sales, strategic account management, and relationship building. This leadership role requires a motivated professional who can develop innovative sales strategies, inspire a team, and build strong client relationships to maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. * Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel sales team to drive performance and foster a high-energy, goal-oriented culture. * Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities. * Oversee contract negotiations to ensure profitability and alignment with customer needs. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to support company objectives. * Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and generate performance reports. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a sales leadership role within a branded hotel or hospitality environment. * Strong background in account management, customer service, and revenue generation. * Experience in technical or solution-based sales is a strong plus. * Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce; able to interpret and act on sales data. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a keen awareness of market trends.
