Catering Sales & Client Relations Manager Full-Time | BONAPITA + NextUp Events | Boston, MA We're growing -- and looking for someone who's equal parts people-person, sales closer, and food enthusiast. BONAPITA Kitchen is on the hunt for a Catering Sales & Client Relations Manager to drive our inbound catering sales, build lasting client relationships, and help us keep the momentum going. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, send that email, or slide into a DM (professionally, of course). What You'll Be Doing: Handle all incoming catering & event inquiries (corporate + social) Convert leads into booked business -- and then into repeat clients Make weekly outreach through emails and cold calls Build relationships with corporate partners and event planners Keep clients happy, organized, and coming back for more Coordinate with our kitchen + event team to ensure smooth delivery Manage your pipeline and track follow-ups using a CRM Software Get involved with our social media (posts, engagement, light strategy) What You Bring to the Table: 3+ years of hands-on experience in catering, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles -- you've seen what works (and what doesn't) and know how to pivot A natural communicator who builds trust quickly -- whether it's over the phone, in an email, or face-to-face Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline from inquiry to repeat business -- and help improve the process along the way Confident making decisions and offering solutions based on experience, not guesswork Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment -- you bring structure where it's needed and flexibility where it matters Familiar with social media tools and how to use them as a sales + relationship-building tool Highly organized, goal-oriented, and eager to help build something from the inside out Passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering memorable client experiences Perks: Competitive base pay + commission structure In-office position -- work closely with our team in the heart of the action Growth potential as we expand the brand Paid time off and company holidays Team meals (you won't go hungry) Support for professional development and growth A creative, energized, supportive team culture About Us: BONAPITA is a Boston-based catering brand built on fresh, bold Mediterranean flavors and streamlined service.
