This is the customer service we seek in our employees. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE at our Willow Grove, PA Location. As a Sales Associate you will provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, which involves product knowledge, personal assistance, as well as maintaining the highest level of store presentation standards. The Position Responsibilities: * Provide friendly and helpful customer service. * Ringing purchases at the register. * Folding, hanging, and stocking merchandise. * Light cleaning (vacuuming & dusting). * Opening and closing store. Requirements: * Must be 18 or older and post high school. * Previous retail or related customer service experience preferred, but not required. * Accuracy with money handling and cash register use. * Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Self-motivated and ability to work alone or as part of a team. * Flexible Hours; must have some evening, weekend, and holiday availability. * Occasional heavy lifting and ability to stand during the majority of shift. * Reliable transportation. *Compensation - *We offer a competitive wage, flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a generous employee discount.
