Summary As a Sales Associate at Scouting America, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and services while supporting our mission. This position is located in the United States and is essential for enhancing our outreach and engagement with the community. Responsibilities * Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service. * Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently during transactions. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting atmosphere. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. * Help keep store stocked with sewn uniforms Requirements * Experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred, but will train the right person * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers. * Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is preferred. * Knowledge of Scouting Program is helpful * Ability to sew preferred, but not required.
