Requirements

:

• Illinois Real Estate License (Required)
• Sales Experience Preferred
• This position is 100% commission-based.

Responsibilities

: We'll train you to conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate investment opportunities- Evaluate potential properties and assess their financial viability- Prepare financial models and projections to support investment decisions- Assist in the due diligence process, including property inspections and document review- Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate real estate transactions- Monitor and analyze market trends, property values, and rental rates. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
