Job Summary: We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our property management team. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties. This role involves providing excellent customer service, conducting property tours, and processing lease agreements. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field preferred. * Proven experience in leasing, sales, or customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation skills. * Familiarity with leasing laws and regulations. * Proficiency in property management software is a plus. Responsibilities: * Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person. * Conduct property tours to showcase available units. * Assist prospective tenants with the application process and lease agreements. * Maintain accurate records of all prospective tenant interactions. * Ensure all leasing documents and agreements are completed accurately. * Collaborate with the property management team to ensure occupancy goals are met.
