Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to residents. This role requires effective management of staff, maintenance, and resident relations to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained living environment.

Responsibilities

• Must possess strong leasing skills.
• Manage the overall operations of the apartment community, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Fostering an environment of professional development and teamwork.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repairs and upkeep of the property.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, leasing agreements, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property policies.
• Utilize systems for managing payments and tracking resident accounts. Experience
• Three years of proven experience in apartment management.
• Proficiency in Entrata Management Software preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Bonus Program
• $50 - $150 Per Lease
• $150 - $300 Monthly Renewal Bonus
