Our primary focus is to provide scientifically formulated products that support overall health and well-being. All supplements are manufactured in certified facilities in the United States. Nutrum Biotech is also a sister company of a real estate development and healthcare company. We presently are working on the development of 3 healthcare facilities in the Las Vegas area with a total of over 420-bed capacity and operating one of them this year. Job Title: Offline Supplement Sales Manager Job Type: Full Time Location: on site Las Vegas, NV Reports to: General Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Offline Supplement Sales Manager to lead and grow the offline sales channels for our health and nutritional supplement products. This role involves managing retail and wholesale partnerships, driving in-store sales, expanding market presence, and overseeing the sales team in offline markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management and a deep understanding of the health and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Offline Sales Strategy & Execution: * Develop and implement offline sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. * Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends in offline channels. 2. Retail & Wholesale Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, pharmacies, gyms, and wholesale distributors. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and marketing campaigns with offline partners. * Ensure product availability, shelf placement, and proper branding in retail outlets. 3. Team Leadership: * Recruit, train, and manage an offline sales team. * Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed. 4. Market Expansion: * Identify and secure new offline sales opportunities in untapped markets. * Work with the marketing team to drive traffic to physical stores and events. 5. Promotional Activities: * Organize and oversee in-store promotions, product sampling, and other customer engagement activities. * Collaborate with retailers on seasonal and special promotions to boost sales. 6. Reporting & Analysis: * Track and analyze offline sales performance and market feedback. * Prepare regular reports and provide insights to senior management. 7. Compliance & Inventory Management: * Ensure all offline sales operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies. * Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain adequate inventory levels at retail and wholesale locations. Qualifications & Skills * Education: Bachelor's degree in nutrition, business, marketing, or related Required * Minimum 3 Years of experience in Supplement/Nutraceutical/Nutrition industry Experience: * Proven experience in offline sales management, preferably in the health, supplement, or FMCG industries. * Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale sales dynamics. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the supplement industry is an advantage. * Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for tracking sales and managing relationships. Pay: $55,000-$60,000 per year + performance bonus Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
