Qualifications: Must-haves: * Positive attitude * Strong organizational skills * Efficiency * Sense of humor * Great interpersonal skills * Resilience * Bookkeeping or administrative experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field * Preferred schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Great-to-haves: * Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar * Management experience * High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $22 - $27 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
