Red Rock Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator! We are an extremely fast-growing and employee-focused company with a unique team- oriented atmosphere. We're looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented, motivated, and disciplined new team member to join our team of property management professionals and take advantage of the many growth opportunities that our company has to offer. This position would include being responsible for tenant relations in varying aspects of property management including maintenance coordination of repairs, inspections, etc. This would involve daily communications with owners and tenants regarding maintenance requests and needed repairs, answering phones, responding to emails, finding solutions for issues that come up, working together with teammates to accomplish goals, scheduling/coordinating vendors, and keeping track of deadlines. Candidates should exhibit fantastic communication, organizational, and customer service skills and be very comfortable and efficient at typing and working on a computer. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive, productive relationship with tenants, owners, and vendors and assisting them with their needs.
