Full description of the position

The Business Development Representative is responsible for handling in-bound calls from Medicare-aged beneficiaries interested in enrolling in Medicare. Representatives will provide accurate and timely information regarding Medicare benefits, coverage, eligibility, and enrollment processes. This position requires a strong understanding of Medicare policies and procedures for which they will need to adhere while enrolling individuals in the specific Medicare plan of their choice.

Requirements

:

• Current Health and Life Insurance License, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Knowledge of Medicare policies, programs, and regulations. Company
