About Us: Royal Wholesale, the largest E-commerce confectionery wholesaler, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Trainee to join our growing team. In this role, you'll develop essential sales and customer relationship skills to help us meet our customer acquisition and growth goals. By assisting with key sales activities and providing excellent customer service, you'll play a vital role in making Royal Wholesale the confectionery wholesaler of choice for businesses nationwide. Responsibilities: * Assist in managing customer accounts under supervision. * Respond to incoming calls and emails from potential and current customers. * Support onboarding of new customers by gathering necessary information and helping them navigate the ordering process. * Assist with processing online orders and addressing customer inquiries. * Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs. * Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet individual and team sales goals. * Become familiar with our product catalog and make suggestions to customers based on their needs and preferences. * Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and product ideas to the internal team. * Assist with CRM data entry and reporting. * Participate in sales training and development programs to grow into a fully independent sales representative role. Requirements: * High school diploma or Associate's degree preferred. * 1+ year of office, sales, or customer service experience (preferred but not required). * Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office, Google Suite). * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and willingness to learn. * Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Must be self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within the company.
