Position Summary The Regional Vice President will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on driving business growth across the Central and Southeast regions. This role is responsible for running a regional plan, building out the territory, and nurturing the development of Sales Representatives within the region. The RVP will also implement a strong sales methodology, oversee complex enterprise sales cycles, and remain highly focused on advancing the Traceable security portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets * Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan. * Accelerate customer adoption. * Continually Build and Grow a robust sales pipeline. * Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption. * Lead contract negotiations. * Develop long-term strategic relationships with key executives (CISO, CIO, CTO). * Help to recruit and build the Central sales team. * Travel throughout the region. About You * At least 3 years formal sales experience building (hiring), leading, and developing high performance sales teams. * High career trajectory and potential. * Prior sales experience in security or complex cloud SaaS environments. * Someone with experience in a start-up environment and is used to a fast pace. * Consistent overachievement in previous roles. * Significant Enterprise Sales and strategic customer development experience. * Experience practicing and implementing a sales methodology, such as MEDDPIC. * Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500. * History of accurate forecasting and business reporting. * Experience in working with Salesforce and other sales oriented tracking tools. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
