Full description of the position

* MONTHLY BONUS OPPORTUNITY Overview : The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining communication between the organization and its clients, ensuring both the clients' needs and the company's goals are met at all times. Marathon Nursing provides continuous skilled nursing care in the homes of medically complex pediatric and adult patients throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Key job responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager include the recruitment and hiring of professional nursing staff, maintaining ongoing communication with clients and employees to fill open nursing shifts and meet staffing demands, assessing key performance indicators and implementing/executing business processes to reach company goals, and providing excellent customer service at all times. This will be done in collaboration with clinical, business, and executive leadership teams. Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to help others and achieve team goals will lead to success with this position. The is an entry-level business operations position with the opportunity for rapid internal growth and upward mobility. The work will be fast-paced, challenging, and at times require after hours efforts to be successful. It will also be immensely rewarding. The position is eligible for monthly performance bonuses. It is not a job conducive to working remotely. Job Functions : * Provide leadership in client relations by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and informed communication with clients/families. * Coordinate all staffing needs for the organization's clients. This process includes, but is not limited to, active participation in the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of new staff members. * Communicate at a high level with Clinical leadership and the entire team, routinely collaborating to ensure the safety of all clients, awareness of any personnel issues, and the maintenance of program compliance. * Actively participate in the business operations, understanding and assessing the branch's financial metrics and KPIs, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve branch goals. * Assist with administrative processes such as payroll, billing, and personnel management. * Demonstrates thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures. * Demonstrates the ability to identify current and future concerns or problems, and use sound judgement to find solutions, relying on your resources as needed. * Participation in after hours on-call scheduling needs by coordinating call outs and/or field staff tardiness, while being responsible for notifying the patient/family Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Proficient and professional phone and communication skills. * Must be able to participate in after-hours on-call schedule. * Proficient Microsoft Office skills. * A positive, solution-oriented attitude. Preferences : * Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not required) * Six (6) months' experience in agency staffing or recruiting. * One (1) year previous office work experience * Healthcare experience a plus * Bilingual a plus Other Skills/Abilities : * Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Excellent organizational skills. * Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. * Effective time management * Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
