This role requires strong communication skills, a customer- focused approach, and the ability to analyze various insurance products to best serve our clients. Responsibilities * Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts. * Analyze policy options and provide clear explanations of terms, conditions, and coverage details. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly. * Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is beneficial for reaching potential clients effectively.
