Full description of the position

• Managing Day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to, maintaining a positive relationship between tenants, ensuring effective rent collection, maintenance/upkeep of the property, and ensuring compliance with local laws.
• General understanding and usage of google workplace (formally known as G suite).
• Administrative experience and general proficiency in property management software.
• Proficency in both reporting and general communication. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed Ability to Commute:
