Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our business development team! You will be responsible for greeting visitors and callers and transferring them to the correct department and/or providing service information. We are looking for full-time candidates. Other responsibilities include:

• Answer the phone in a polite, professional tone, transfer call to correct employee, or take a detailed message with convenient time and number for return call.
• Log customer demographic information as requested.
• Manage prospect-tracking system sending manager updates weekly.
• Provide clerical support.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and memos.
• Help service department customers during peak hours.

Qualifications

:

• Positive professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some experience in customer service, sales or other related field preferred but not necessary. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
