We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Business Development Representative to join our Commercial Waste Services team. This role is designed for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast- paced, hunting-focused environment. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and Develop New Business: Actively identify, target, and engage potential clients to expand the company's customer base. * Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets. * Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored waste management solutions. Educate prospects on service differentiation, pricing, and value during and after the sales process * Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. * Onsite Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to present services, negotiate contracts, and close deals. * Collaborate Internally: Work closely with Pricing & Implementation team to ensure seamless implementation of services for new accounts. Follow up after sales to achieve referrals and ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain CRM Records: Track and document all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward goals in the company's CRM system. * Track Productivity : Deliver accurate sales forecasts-weekly, monthly, and quarterly. * Travel: Some regional travel expected, and occasional off hours/weekends for customer's needs. * Maintain: High level of integrity, commitment, and trust to exceed expectations in sales and retention of customer accounts. * Hybrid : Remote work with some office time expected. * Networking : Some networking events/trade show attendance required. Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years in outside sales, preferably in a hunting role. Experience in the waste & recycling industry or a related field is a plus. * Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. * Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. * Self-Motivated: Highly driven and organized, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales. * Adaptability: Ability to understand and communicate technical information. * Travel: Must be willing to travel locally within the assigned territory. * Proficient: In Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Windows software applications Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance * Work from home Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Experience: * Outside sales: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Cypress, TX 77429 (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cypress, TX 77429
