Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a portfolio of rental properties, handle the full tenant lifecycle, and ensure a seamless experience for both owners and tenants. Key Responsibilities: * Process rental applications and conduct thorough screening * Create lease agreements and maintain organized digital tenant folders * Enter and update property status in all relevant systems (pending, active, closed) * Collect security deposits and prepaid rent in accordance with company procedures * Schedule tenant move-in dates and coordinate key pick-up, including completion of the Key Pick-Up Form * Conduct pre-move-in property walks to verify completion of all repairs and cleaning * Retrieve and organize all signs, lockboxes, and keys prior to tenant occupancy * Provide tenants with HOA documents, community guidelines, and utility contact information * Conduct annual lease renewals with updated market rent analysis for property owners * Review move-in instructions, inspection procedures, and insurance requirements with new tenants * Maintain ongoing communication with tenants and owners to ensure satisfaction and compliance * Coordinate with maintenance vendors as needed and monitor property condition reports Qualifications: * Previous experience in property management or real estate administration-preferred * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity * Knowledge of lease agreements, fair housing laws, and general real estate practices * Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset Preferred: * Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain) Benefits: * Competitive salary based on experience * Opportunities for growth and professional development * Supportive and collaborative team environment To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience to [please apply online].
