Responsibilities

:

• Work directly with customers to showcase and secure leasing contracts
• Conduct personalized tours of available apartment homes and facilitate the move-in process
• Respond to and follow up with all provided leads in a timely and professional manner
• Review marketing listings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Represent F&F Properties in a positive and professional manner
• Advertise and host open houses
• Identify and recommend process improvements to management, we value your ideas!
• Take on additional duties as needed

Who You Are

:

• Energetic, outgoing, go getter, happy go lucky
• Available to work weekends - Yes, Saturdays and Sundays.
• A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
• Skilled at using internal and external technological platforms (experience with AppFolio or similar CRM is a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-motivated team player
• Possess a valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
