Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processing as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Participate in sales administration tasks, including documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
