Overview

Small Circle Marketing LLC is hiring independent sales contractors to join our direct sales team across New Jersey. This is a 1099 commission-only role ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and want to control their schedule and income. As an Independent Sales Representative, you'll educate local homeowners about deregulated energy programs and enroll qualified customers into cost-saving plans -- all through in-person, door-to-door outreach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to residential customers in assigned NJ territories
• Present deregulated energy options clearly and confidently
• Guide eligible customers through the enrollment process
• Track leads, follow-ups, and completed enrollments
• Uphold a professional image and customer-first approach
• Work independently while hitting performance goals

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Previous door-to-door or field sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Must be located in or willing to travel within New Jersey

Compensation

This is a commission-only position. Earnings are performance-based with uncapped income potential. Top performers regularly earn between $1,500-$3,000 per week. There is no base pay or hourly wage. Why Join Us?
