Commercial Sales Director - Ford Pro Division Location: Milford, CT Type: Full-Time | Department: Ford Pro Commercial Division We're shifting into high gear! Join our brand-new Ford Pro Commercial Division and become a driving force in transforming how local businesses move, work, and grow. We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven Commercial Sales Director to lead our commercial team into the fast lane. About the Role: As our Commercial Sales Director, you'll be steering the growth of our Ford Pro Commercial Division from the ground up. You'll lead a powerhouse sales team, forge strong partnerships with local businesses, and deliver customized vehicle and fleet solutions that power productivity. Job Overview: A new franchise dealership is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. You will be leading the buildout and growth of our Ford Pro Division --Ford's new business unit focused on commercial clients. Your primary role will be driving Super Duty, Transit, Cutaways, Cab & Chassis, and upfit sales. In addition, you will work across departments with our Commercial Service Advisor and Commercial Parts Associate to fully satisfy the needs of our commercial clients. Along with selling the company's commercial vehicles, you will also have the opportunity to sell retail products to individuals at these businesses-- vehicles such as the Ford Explorer, Bronco, Mach-E, Mustang, Maverick, and more. We also have a Lincoln franchise , giving you access to sell Motor Trend's SUV of the Year: the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute winning commercial and fleet sales strategies * Recruit, train, and mentor a top-performing commercial sales team * Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and commercial accounts * Collaborate across departments (Service, Finance, Parts) to deliver seamless business solutions * Utilize Ford Pro tools to support clients with financing, upfitting, telematics, and fleet management * Manage inventory, pricing, and delivery timelines to meet customer needs * Stay current on Ford's commercial lineup, programs, and incentives What We're Looking For: * Proven success in commercial vehicle or fleet sales (automotive or related field) * Strong leadership and motivational skills * Strategic thinker with outstanding B2B relationship-building skills * Knowledge of commercial vehicle upfitting and industry-specific needs * Familiarity with Ford Pro offerings is a plus * Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high energy What We Offer: * Opportunity to build and lead a new, high-impact division * Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses * Company vehicle, fuel allowance, and tech perks * Full access to Ford Pro training, support, and product ecosystem * A chance to make your mark in the fast-growing commercial market Ready to hit the ground running?
