We are seeking a highly motivated outside sales representative who isn't afraid to work hard. About You An experienced OUTSIDE sales professional with a track record of growing business. You are dedicated, determined, and personable. You have the ability to engage the people you meet in a meaningful way, so they remember you and our brand. You are very organized and detail oriented. You have the ability to effectively manage ongoing sales activities with a combination of time management and intuition. You are persistent but not aggressively pushy. About the Role Cold calling on cannabis retail locations in Western Colorado. Introduce our brands and lines of vape products and gummies to the purchasing manager. Represent Mammoth Farms as a leader in the category through engaging story telling. Highlight our strengths. Gain commitments and sample with a purpose. Ask for the business! Create and cultivate partnerships to grow to their potential. Under promise and over deliver. Provide retail staff with the knowledge to understand and convey our differentiators to the consumer. Obtain and maintain visually appealing space within retailers for maximum exposure to consumers. Perform in-store engagements to introduce our products to consumers and educate retail staff. Earn commissions through new business and repeat business. About the Requirements Must have a MED badge. Must have a valid CO driver's license. Must have a reliable form of transportation. Must be a road warrior and understand territory management. Must have a craving to win. Always. Must have a deep desire to learn and be better. Must be self-motivated and driven.
