The manager responsible for daily tasks related to property management, financial analysis, tenant relations, and property maintenance to uphold high standards of operation and tenant satisfaction. Qualifications * Property Management and Real Estate experience * Financial Analysis and Budgeting skills * Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills * Knowledge of Tenant Relations and Conflict Resolution * Experience in Property Maintenance and Oversight * Ability to work well in a team and independently * Strictly adhere to the monthly budget and maintain expense control. * Review invoices and utility bills with precision for accounting purposes. * Efficiently manage all move-ins and move-outs. * Deliver weekly reports and handle eviction processes decisively. * Oversee lease renewals and drive effective marketing initiatives. * Ensure the property maintains an outstanding appearance and achieve high resident retention rates. * Provide strong support to on-site team with strategies and prompt follow-ups.
