This role requires a blend of technical sales skills and a keen understanding of the market to effectively promote our software solutions to businesses. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. * Present technical sales information clearly and effectively to potential customers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Requirements * Proven experience in territory sales or B2B sales, preferably in a technical or software environment. * Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. * Experience in retail sales is a plus but not required.
