Duties * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand awareness. * Oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective messaging and targeting. * Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution. * Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth. * Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, website content, and social media posts. * Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools to measure success and optimize future campaigns. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels. * Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. * Facilitate Client and Customer engagement events. * Coordinate and manage all social platforms, in collaboration with leadership. Requirements * Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in a similar industry. * Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and advertising sales. * Proficiency in using marketing automation software and analytics tools to track performance metrics. * Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences. * Familiarity with HTML is a plus for optimizing web content. * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market insights. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
