Job Title: Retail Associate - School Uniforms & Custom Printing Location: Dorchester, MA Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time] Hours 10:30 am - 6 pm Compensation: $17 - $19 per hour About Us: We are a school uniform company dedicated to providing high-quality uniforms and custom logo printing for local schools. Our retail store offers a friendly, fast-paced environment where we help parents and students find exactly what they need for the school year. Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Associate to join our team. This individual will assist customers in selecting school uniforms, fulfill online and in-store orders, and operate printing equipment to apply school logos and designs to garments. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner * Help customers select appropriate uniforms based on school guidelines * Pull and pack online and in-store orders accurately and efficiently * Operate heat press or screen printing equipment to apply school logos * Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas * Restock merchandise and ensure proper sizing and displays * Handle customer questions, concerns, and exchanges with care * Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals Qualifications: * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to stand, move, and lift packages during shift * Comfortable learning and using printing equipment (training provided) * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Our Store hours are Monday - Saturday 11 am - 6 pm.
