Overview

: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Associate to join our team. This individual will assist customers in selecting school uniforms, fulfill online and in-store orders, and operate printing equipment to apply school logos and designs to garments. If you enjoy helping people, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Help customers select appropriate uniforms based on school guidelines
• Pull and pack online and in-store orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate heat press or screen printing equipment to apply school logos
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
• Restock merchandise and ensure proper sizing and displays
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and exchanges with care
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals

Qualifications

:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, move, and lift packages during shift
• Comfortable learning and using printing equipment (training provided)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Our Store hours are Monday - Saturday 11 am - 6 pm. Starting July 1st our hours will be 10 am - 6 pm Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
