Summary As an Account Manager at Reyle and Associates, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts and driving sales growth. This position is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients across the region. Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively. * Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service. * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure the best coverage options. * Utilize AMS to track account activity and manage client interactions efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market penetration and sales growth. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or sales within the insurance industry is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. * Familiarity with AMS or similar CRM tools is a plus. * Commercial lines experienmce is preferred but not required * Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing client relationships and driving team success.
