Job Overview: As an Experienced BDC Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding service. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams * Follow up with customers and prospects to ensure timely communication and satisfaction * Maintain accurate customer records and lead information in our CRM system * Work closely with the sales team to ensure all customer needs are met * Drive appointment-setting goals and contribute to sales team objectives * Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring positive interactions and repeat business Requirements : * 2+ years of experience in a Business Development Center (BDC) or customer service role * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance * Experience in the automotive industry (preferred but not required) Benefits: * Competitive salary and performance-based incentives * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Friendly and collaborative work environment How to Apply: If you are an experienced BDC Representative with a passion for customer service and sales, we want to hear from you!
