Purpose: We are searching for a motivated Automotive Sales Representative, with basic mechanic and automotive knowledge for All Truck & Car, located in Salt Lake City, UT. All Truck & Car is a full-service automotive recycling facility, specializing in providing our customers with newer model recycled auto parts. The main responsibilities of the Automotive Sales Rep include receiving inbound phone calls, completing orders, and addressing any issues for customer satisfaction while building relationships to obtain repeat business. Check out our website at [please apply online] Job Duties: * Answer incoming calls routed through a queue and process orders for automotive parts from customers, both commercial businesses (such as mechanical repair and collision body repair shops) and private individuals. * Input all order information carefully and accurately into a specialized computer system to locate inventory availability. * Provide price quotes to customer, including all ancillary and additional necessary parts information and pricing. * Determine need to locate parts from other suppliers. * Educate customers on warranty programs, delivery schedules and charges as applicable. * Monitor order responses from Dismantling, Production or Shipping for errors, out-of-stock or unrecorded damage information throughout the day * Up sell add on services * Contact customer to update on inventory or delivery concerns * Any other tasks assigned * Be able to arrange shipping Physical Requirements: * Standing and sitting for long periods of time * Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds * Bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling occasionally Requirements: * High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) * 1 to 2 years Automotive experience preferred * 1 year of sales experience required * Basic computer skills/knowledge * Prefer 1 year warehouse / order picking experience Work Attire: * Must wear company provided uniform * Must wear closed toed shoes * Any hats worn must be company provided with company logo * No torn or worn-out pants/jeans * No gauges or face piercings * Must have good personal hygiene * Pay: $16/hr. + Commission Pay, with a great benefits package available!
