At OCI, we know insurance can be complex, confusing, and boring. We're not! What You 'll Do: * Be the Go-To Expert: Collaborate with insurance brokers to create customized group health insurance proposals and other ancillary group insurance products, such as dental, vision, and life insurance. * Build Strong Connections: Focus primarily on groups with fewer than 50 members, handling: * Proposal creation * Carrier requests * Benefit guidance * Keep Everything in Check: Develop custom spreadsheets to help brokers market to current and prospective clients. * Guide brokers through the policy installation process by: * Providing detailed information on small business health products * Checking paperwork for accuracy * Submitting clean documentation to carriers * Gain a general understanding of the group health insurance market and other types of group insurance. Who You Are: * Eager Learner: Some insurance knowledge is great, but your willingness to learn and adapt is even more important. * Team Player: You play well with others and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Detail-Oriented: With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you tackle challenges head-on. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Excel and Outlook with the ability to navigate various insurance carrier portals with ease.
